Delete or void in bulk
Any kind of transaction over a date range: invoices, bills, payments, expenses, deposits, journal entries and more. Void instead of deleting where QuickBooks allows it, and leave linked transactions alone unless you choose.
Windows desktop app for QuickBooks Online
BulkAuto deletes, voids or edits many transactions at once, cleans up lists, Undeposited Funds and unapplied payments, uploads and exports CSV files, and runs a read-only Health scan with a PDF report. Every change shows a preview, asks you to confirm, keeps a backup and can be undone.
What it does
BulkAuto is for bookkeepers and business owners tidying up a QuickBooks Online company. Pick a screen, load the records, tick the ones to change, then review and confirm.
Any kind of transaction over a date range: invoices, bills, payments, expenses, deposits, journal entries and more. Void instead of deleting where QuickBooks allows it, and leave linked transactions alone unless you choose.
Change memo, date, terms, class, location and reference number across many transactions. Reclassify categories, edit unbilled time and mark unbilled charges billable or not.
Find customers, vendors, items and accounts not used since a date and make them inactive. Spot likely duplicate names and transactions, close old purchase orders and estimates, and pause or delete recurring templates.
Match payments waiting in Undeposited Funds to bank deposits that already counted them, or group them into one deposit. Apply leftover payments and credits to open invoices and bills, and write off small balances.
Upload transactions, time and lists from a CSV, with column matching, name lookups and a row-by-row review before anything is posted. Export any kind of transaction to a CSV in the same columns. Attach files to transactions in bulk.
A read-only check that lists what a cleanup should look at, from uncategorized transactions to old Undeposited Funds and likely duplicates. Each finding opens its fix. Save a client-ready PDF report.
Integration
BulkAuto runs on your Windows computer and works with QuickBooks Online through Intuit's QuickBooks Online API, with the access you approve.
Click Connect to QuickBooks in the app. Your browser opens Intuit's own sign-in page, where you choose the company and approve access. BulkAuto never sees your Intuit password.
Records go straight between your computer and Intuit over encrypted connections. A small sign-in service run by BulkAuto Ltd. handles only the sign-in and connection renewals, never your QuickBooks data.
Loading reads from QuickBooks. Writes happen only after you review a preview and confirm. The app keeps within Intuit's request limits.
Choose Disconnect in the app's company menu to end the connection at Intuit. You can also disconnect the app in QuickBooks Online.
Safety
QuickBooks Online has no undo for deleted records. BulkAuto adds one.

Guide
From download to your first cleanup in a few minutes.
The app has its own Help (F1) with a guide for every screen.
Get the installer from the download page, run it and accept the License Agreement.
Open BulkAuto and click Connect to QuickBooks. Sign in on Intuit's page and approve access. To try it first, use a sandbox (test) company: it's free.
It estimates the reads, then lists what needs attention without changing anything. Save the PDF if you want a report.
Open a finding's fix, or pick a screen in the sidebar (Ctrl+K searches them). Tick the records, review the preview and confirm.
Every run is listed there with its undo.
Sandbox (test) companies are always free. For a real (production) company, a 5-day free trial starts the first time the app connects one. No payment details are needed for the trial.
Start a free trial from the app; choose a plan in Settings → Subscription.
Support
Email log.c.noble@gmail.com. In the app, Help → Contact can save a support file to attach. It holds the request log and settings, never your QuickBooks data or passwords.
