Download
BulkAuto for Windows
Bulk cleanup for QuickBooks Online, with a preview, a backup and an undo for every change.
BulkAuto-Setup.exe.
The installer is signed by its publisher, Logan Noble.
Install
- Run the installer.
Open the
BulkAuto-Setupfile you downloaded. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway. Windows can show this while a new publisher's signature builds its reputation. - Accept the License Agreement.
The installer shows the End-User License Agreement. Accept it, choose where to install, and finish. BulkAuto is added to the desktop and the Start menu.
- Click Connect to QuickBooks.
Open BulkAuto and click Connect to QuickBooks. Your browser opens Intuit's sign-in page: choose the company and approve access, and the app connects by itself.
Updates
Updates install from inside the app. BulkAuto checks for a new version when it opens and about once a day, sending only its version number. It asks before downloading, checks the update is signed by its publisher, and installs it when the app restarts, never during a run. Settings → Updates turns the check off and has Check now.
Trial and plans
Sandbox (test) companies are always free. For a real (production) company, a 5-day free trial starts the first time the app connects one, with no payment details needed. Start a free trial from the app; choose a plan in Settings → Subscription.
What you need
- Windows 10 or Windows 11.
- A QuickBooks Online company, and permission to connect apps to it.
- Your QuickBooks data goes only between your computer and Intuit. See the Privacy Policy.
